Hi everyone! Can somebody please recommend a nice school here in Manila, Philippines which teaches how to make crusty breads, specifically pan de sal? I've attended a few classes but I still haven't found the perfect recipe for my dream pan de sal. I am planning to open a bakery soon. Would appreciate any feedbacks.
